Unique stay - lovely pool.

Lovely location - right on the beach. There is a lovely restaurant to the right of the property if you walk a bit further when you walk out of the campsite. Spacious tents. Good swimming pool which was very clean.

Not as clean in the tents as I envisaged but of course, its harder to clean the carpet they put down and the actual tent so it was as clean as it could have been. Beds are lovely and clean.

Supreme luxury, best glamping ever!

The resort was lush and beautiful. The beach was steps away and truly gorgeous! The air conditioning in the tent was top notch and the bed was very comfortable with nice, quality sheets. It definitely felt luxurious.

No complaints about the property however the food could have been better. It was fine, but not stand out by any means. The resort was out of many food and beverage options- most of their “most popular items” were out of stock.

Paradise stay in Nacpan

The situation is just amazing, probably one of the best beach in El Nido. The staff is really helpful in organising the activities you need or if you simply want to chill and relax by the beach. They even have a turtle hatching program and we were lucky enough to see 99 baby turtles released in the ocean. The reception host MJ was so friendly and went above and beyond to make us enjoy our stay. I will definitely go back and enjoy more time in this special place!

Very cool place to stay

Glamping tents were super comfortable and right in front of the turtle hatchery (!) and the beach. Breakfast buffet had many options.

Be aware that glamping has shared bathrooms - clean but no privacy.

Overall experience was awesome !

Breakfast is good though no eggs was served which is staple for breakfast. They alao provide ample drinks like soda, juice and water.

It could have been more relaxing if food/ snacks is allowed to be serve in the veranda of glamping tent.

The personal was very nice. I liked the fact that the accommodation was close to the beach. It is a nice experience when you want to experience a nature-like setting.

There was only one restaurant there. The service over there was not too good. Besides there we’re street dogs all over the place. These dogs we’re literally begging at your table. It was very unpleasant for me while eating, because they we’re everything but clean. If you have kids this is something that can’t be happening in my opinion.

we loved it here!!! but the restaurant hardly had nothing in the menu! next time it would be best to proactively tell the customers what they have instead of picking stuff that actually isn’t on the menu

Great stay, friendly staff, sea turtles (downside is some misinformation)

The property was clean with amenities (swimming pool) and tent fixtures in great working conditions. There’s a sea turtle hatchery/conservatory at the entrance so if you’re lucky like us, you would be able to witness these cute creatures hatch and then being returned to the ocean shortly after , which is an unforgettable experience. The hotel staff was exceptional: nice, polite, friendly. We had meaningful conversation ls with John and Jun at the security check, exceptional services from Shiena at the front office and from Justin, Jonel, De-ar, Daniel, Jandie and many more at the pool/campfire/overall facilities.

The hotel was extremely slow in responding to messages and their responses are not clear. If you have questions about the stay or travel arrangements, make sure to contact them way in advance so allow time for followups. The staff also gave inconsistent information: 1) the morning when we arrived, we were provided a price list of the island hopping tours, which we used discuss within our group before making decision; however, later on when we came back to the receptionist to book the tour, we were told the price list given earlier in the SAME day was outdated , and were given an updated price list which is almost twice as expensive. Given the fact that we lost an afternoon to check out other tours’ price , we ended up booking with them so we can make sure to get on a tour the next day. 2) the hotel staff told us that the island hopping tour operator will provide towels (we did a private tour) and so we didn’t need to bring the hotel towels with us on the boat; however, this was not true, and we didn’t have any towels for the entire tour. 3) the hotel staff told us NOT to travel from LIO airport to nacpan using the tricycles , and that we should get a taxi instead. The truth is: there are NO taxis at LIO airport, and we were not able to get ahold of the hotel after landing, therefore we ended up having to take the tricycles to get to Nacpan beach. What they should have told us is to arrange a pick up at the airport using the shuttle bus service the hotel has. Overall, poor communication and misinformation resulted in unnecessary stress for our group.

Great & quirky place to stay!!

The glamping was great!! We really enjoy quirky places to stay and this was just that! The pool was lush & the property was simply stunning.

There were many many many long black hairs around our room including in our bed. I presume they were from housekeeping but not nice to find. There is absolutely no shade by the pool at all. We asked the staff if there were umbrellas and they said only at the beach. The restaurant on site has very poor and slow service. Although I’m not sure if it’s actually owned by the hotel or not.

Very nice staff: Rica, Justin, Daniel (Thank you:) . Very nice environment, very good and filling breakfast. Definitely worth staying for two or three days.

It feels like a lot of money has been invested in the place and it's been 4 years, but you can see that the management hand is missing. For example, the showers are covered with limescale, some of the tents are torn.

A glamorous retreat

The place is just amazing and more than I could expect with its top notch staff and activities such as the bonfire and the baby turtle hatchlings. I enjoyed every minute of my stay

It definitely is a little out of the way and not easy to find other options for food and entertainment
